The South Jordan Founders Park Stake Presidency has extended the invite to all members to please prepare to work towards receiving a patriarchal blessing.

Stake mission preparation class will be held on Sundays at 7:30 am in the relief society room at the Stake Center. All youth are invited to attend but we strongly encourage all High school seniors, Priests, 16-18 Young Women Class, and all other mission age youth to attend.

25 June 2022 @ 6:00 PM – Sharing the Gospel Broadcast

A special Sharing the Gospel broadcast for ward and stake leaders featuring Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf, Elder David A. Bednar and Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will be Saturday, June 25, 2022. The broadcast will also include an area-specific
segment presented by each area presidency.
Who Should Participate
● Ward missionary coordination meeting participants, including youth and full-time
missionaries (see “Coordination Meetings” in General Handbook 23.5.7)
● Ward, stake, and coordinating council members, including mission leaders
● Ward members will watch a specific segment of the broadcast on the 5th Sunday in July.

30 July 2022 @ 10:00 AM – Friend to Friend: Temples Are the House of the Lord

Children, parents, and Primary teachers are invited to watch a new Friend to Friend episode
that will be made available on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 10 a.m.

The broadcast, titled “Temples Are the House of the Lord,” will feature activities, music, and messages from Elder Gary E. Stevenson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and the Primary General Presidency.

Fifth Sunday Meeting on Sharing the Gospel – July 31

Wards and branches throughout the world are invited to dedicate the fifth-Sunday meeting on July 31, 2022, to the topic of “Sharing the Gospel.” In harmony with the prophetic direction given in the recent April general conference and the scheduled worldwide broadcast for leaders on June 25, 2022, we invite bishoprics and branch presidencies to focus the July 31st fifth- Sunday meeting on the following two objectives:

  1. Help each young man prepare for and serve a full-time mission, and help each young woman who desires, to prepare for and serve a full-time mission.
  2. Help each member share the gospel of Jesus Christ in normal and natural ways by acting upon the principles of love, share, and invite.
